How Delivery & Collection Works:

• 1️⃣ Book Online: Choose Delivery & Collection options when reserving your vehicle.
• 2️⃣ Confirmation: Europcar will call 24 hours before hire to verify your details.
• 3️⃣ Documentation: Have your driver’s licence, proof of address, and payment card ready.
• 4️⃣ On the Day: Receive a text with your car details and estimated arrival time.

• 🚘 Nationwide Availability: We’ll deliver and collect from any UK address (excluding select branches).
• 🕓 Flexible Timing: Delivery between 9am–6pm (Mon–Fri) and 9am–1pm (Sat).
• 🚗 All Vehicle Types: Cars, vans, and EVs available for delivery.
• ⚡ Fast Service: Car delivery within 2 hours, vans within 4 hours, business bookings within 24 hours.

Service Pricing:

• 💷 Fixed Fee: £25.00 per delivery and collection.
• 📍 Mileage Fee: £2.00 per mile from/to the nearest Europcar station.
• ⚠️ Aborted Delivery: £45 if attempted, £31 if cancelled before dispatch.
• ⏰ Short Notice: Add £5 for bookings within 48 hours of delivery.

Terms & Conditions:

• ✅ Available at all UK branches (excluding airports, Bolton, Leeds City, Enfield, Croydon, etc.).
• ✅ Service must be booked at the time of reservation.
• ✅ Delivery within 1-hour window; collection within 2-hour window.
• ⚠️ Home address must match payment and licence details for delivery.
• ⚠️ Business or hotel deliveries require 24 working hours’ notice and proof of employment/guest status.
• ⛽ Vehicle leaves with a full tank; fuel used during delivery/collection is charged per policy.
• 🚫 Not available on Sundays.
