Cancellation Policy:

• In case of full cancellation, the offer becomes void and the customer is not eligible for the discount.
• If cancellation occurs after the discount is credited, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges will apply.
• For partial cancellation, the offer becomes void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for the discount. If eligible, the discount will be adjusted accordingly.

• ixigo may modify, extend, replace, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Card-related issues must be addressed with the respective bank.
• ixigo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
• ixigo is not liable for force majeure events or indirect or consequential damages.
• Misuse or abuse of the offer may result in cancellation.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
